Conscious Communication: Thoughts Get in the Way

Conscious Communication is the intention to stay present to universal feelings and needs as we connect with one another. Our curriculum is based primarily on Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication and Robert Gonzales’ Living Compassion processes.
