CORE Circle – Friday, March 9th, 2018

Tuning into community: singing and meditation practices to connect with self and community   Join us for this fun and reflective session as we explore how to open ourselves to new ways of being and connecting beyond our typical perspectives.  We’ll engage in joyful practices of community singing and other meditations that focus on gratitude and appreciation of ourselves and others.
No previous singing or meditation experience is necessary. All are welcome!
