“The political climate in America over the past several years has been extremely challenging for many. What if there was a way to move through some of that tension inwardly as a part of our collective path forward? As activist and author adrienne maree brown so eloquently states, ‘what we practice at a small scale can reverberate to the largest scale’. Join us in this workshop to explore, through music and conversation, how we can become curious about our beliefs to create openings for more compassion for ourselves and for our world.”
